However, product appearance may vary because of:

Fragrance perception is inherently subjective, and individual experiences with scent may differ.

Express Shipping

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping may still select Express Shipping for US$6.99 where the Express option is available.

10. Processing and Delivery Times
Our standard order-processing time is:

For Standard Shipping within the United States, estimated carrier transit time after processing is:
5–12 business days
The typical estimated total time from order placement to delivery using Standard Shipping is therefore approximately:

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery times may vary because of:
- carrier delays;

- public holidays;

If Express Shipping is available, any applicable Express delivery estimate may be displayed during checkout.
LUNEVA does not make a separate Express Shipping delivery-time guarantee unless a specific timeframe is expressly displayed during checkout.

11. Shipping Destinations
LUNEVA currently focuses on shipping to eligible addresses within the:
United States
Only destinations supported and accepted through the checkout system should be considered currently available.
We do not currently represent that general worldwide shipping is available.
Availability for:

- military addresses;
- P.O. boxes;
- remote locations;
may vary depending on the applicable carrier and the options displayed during checkout.
12. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

14. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible products may generally be returned within:
180 calendar days from the carrier-confirmed delivery date
subject to the eligibility requirements, conditions, and exclusions stated in that policy.
The 180-day period begins on the date the applicable shipping carrier confirms delivery.
It does not begin on:
- the order date;
- the payment date;
- the shipment date.

15. Return Shipping Costs
The 180-day return period does not, by itself, mean that all return shipping is free.
Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
For verified:
- shipping damage;
- product defects;
- incorrect products;
- fulfillment errors attributable to LUNEVA;
LUNEVA will cover reasonable standard return shipping costs where a physical return is required.
For ordinary eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by LUNEVA.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for ordinary change-of-mind returns.
This may include applicable Express Shipping charges.

16. Refunds
Refund eligibility and processing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Once an eligible returned product is received, LUNEVA generally aims to complete the return review within:

If the return is approved, LUNEVA generally initiates the approved refund to the:
original payment method

3–5 business days after approval
After LUNEVA issues the refund, the applicable:
- bank;
- card issuer;
- PayPal;
- other payment provider;
may require approximately:
5–10 additional business days
for the funds to appear in the customer's account.
Payment-provider processing times are outside LUNEVA's direct control.
17. Free-Shipping Orders and Returns
If an order originally qualified for Free Shipping because its eligible merchandise subtotal was:
US$39.00 or more
and the customer later makes an approved change-of-mind return, LUNEVA generally will not retroactively charge the original standard shipping fee solely because the value of the merchandise retained by the customer falls below US$39.
The customer remains responsible for applicable change-of-mind return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by LUNEVA.
18. Accounts
Certain Site features may allow or require you to create a customer account.
You are responsible for:

However, LUNEVA sells products to consumers in the United States.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a U.S. consumer of a mandatory right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable U.S. federal or state law.
